So, I think this is the longest book we've read so far and I know that most were having a hard time getting through it. Will we all be ready by Thurs. or do you want to postpone the discussion until the 10th-15th?

I've been trying to do 25 pages a day and I only have one day's worth of reading left, so I'll probably be ready. I'm so proud of myself!
And a note to those slogging thorough: the last hundred pages or so have gone faster for me and have been more interesting--less background information and more story.
Like Mrs. Mordecai, I read 20 - 30 pages a day, each day last month, so I did finish it. Whew!
I'm ready to discuss it whenever you are.
